Powers: The Cloud can fly. He has the power to manipulate weather. He can change the form of any cloud. When angry, The Cloud can produce a bolt of lightning.
Weaknesses: The Cloud cannot take a solid form. He will never feel the softness of a gentle kiss. Air pollution.
Facts:

  • The Cloud can enter a persons body and control their actions for almost a minute. 
  • Austin Storms favorite color was always white.   
  • The Cloud still has a dark side that he is in constant battle with.  
  • The Cloud prefers spring time weather but always goes where the action is.

Austin Storms

Gambling, smoking, drinking, Austin Storms did it all. The poor soul had no direction in life, and no discipline.
If there was trouble, Austin was always in the mist of it. 
Austin's heart was good but it was too late when he realized the error of his ways. 
Upon passing Austin was judged. He did not like where he was going. On his way down, Austin took on the shape of a cloud, hoping to make up for the life he wasted. 
The Cloud has already done more good for the world than Austin had his entire life.

Misty Davis

Misty Davis used to date Austin Storms, that was until she found out he was being unfaithful. 
Although Austin apologized profusely, she still gave him the cold front.
​Misty may be the youngest "on the scene" weather girl Channel 10 has but that doesn't mean she doesn't know her stuff. 
Austin regrets that he blew it with Misty and likes keeping a close eye on her as The Cloud.

Percy P. Tation

Percy P. Tation was the hardest working and most respected Meteorologist in the weather biz, that was until the day he saw The Cloud in action. Now he spends all his time trying to discover what makes up the mysterious mist that is the Cloud. 
Because of his new devotion, his peers now consider Percy a crackpot. He could care less. He believes that once he discovers the secret of the Cloud he will be able to control the weather and win the sought after Nobel Peace prize.

The Cloud Catcher

When Stan Ferguson was canned from his postal worker position he was so bitter he tried to burn the place down. Luckily the Cloud happened to be passing over and extinguished his plan. Since then Stan's obsession shifted from postal destruction to capturing the Cloud. He has created an array of vacuum devises and is now determined to make the Cloud vanish as The Cloud Catcher.
