The San Diego Comic-Con celebrated it's 50th Anniversary and HeroicWorld was there to check in on everything superheroes.
The Comic-Con gathered fans and professionals from all over the world and the enormity of the event seems to have no end. The streets outside the Con are now part of the attraction filled with cosplayers and vendors, all clambering to be part of the action. With Batman, Wonder Woman and Spiderman on every corner, who could think of a safer, more fun place.
The Comic-Con showed off a preview of their upcoming Comic-Con Museum and it was spectacular.
Interactivity seemed to be a running theme with booths coming up with clever ways to capture the attendees attention and get them to be a part of the action. Fans could spin a Spiderman wheel or see themselves as heroes at many of the booths.
DC even went as far as replacing their booth, a staple of the Con usually packed with their top artists and writers with a superhero and villain funhouse. DC announced two upcoming Superman animated films. Superman: Red Sun and Superman: Man of Tomorrow.
Marvel introduced their plans for twelve upcoming movie and TV projects in Hall H with their star studded cast all in attendance.
