Joel Schumacher, Batman Forever and Batman and Robin director dies at age 80. 

Joel Schumacher's Batman movies have fans split over Batman Forever but Batman and Robin will always get fans throwing punches. I had the good fortune of working on both films and I can honestly say working on those movies was a blast. Joel was the nicest guy on the set and praised everybody. He was liked by everyone and people wanted to do their best work for him. He hand picked me to be one of the Indian Drummers on Batman Forever. He recommended me to the president of DC Comics Jeanette Kahn when I showed him the heroes of HeroicWorld and put me in the Bob Kane cameo which didn't make the movie.
