Swinging that Blaster around has given him great shoulder strength. Wes's real strength however comes from something he has always had, Guts and determination. Weaknesses: Let's not forget Wes is still only an 8 year old boy, only his body has changed. His young mind is bound to get him into trouble. As our young hero gets older, he also starts to realize the gun issue might be more complicated than his blaster is capable of handling.
Facts:
Wes Williams has never held a gun. The disarm blaster can discinigrate a gun from 100 feet away.
Disarm has an internal instinct that will help him find the blaster if he is separated from it.
The Alien Genie made sure the blaster will never go out. Long after we are all gone the blaster will still be here.
B.B. Nelson had to use a gun once to save her life. What's Disarm going to say about that?

Wes Williams
Young Wes Williams was once a boy with great hope and ideals for his future. His family never had a lot of money but that never effected their happiness. When Wes's family was taken away from him by a spray of bullets, a part of Wes died with them. Now that the Alien Genie gave Wes the body of a man, Wes will never be a little boy again.

Just because Wes Williams now has the body of a full grown man doesn't mean his mind has matured as quickly. Wes likes his new body but it's a little tough getting used to. He's hit his head on a doorways and hates shaving. One thing is for sure, he gets all the respect he needs and with his new blaster is going to disintegrate every gun he sees.
B.B. Nelson
B.B. Nelson is a high school senior at Corral K. Fitz High School. The same school Wes would have attended had he not become an adult. Unimpressed with the school newspaper, this ambitious youth got herself a job at the local paper. She's now has her own column called "Youth Perspective". Ever since she was rescued by the hooded Disarm, she has become obsessed with discovering his secrets.
Xione Jionx
Xione Jionx was collecting flower samples to take to his home planet the night that he met up with young Wes Williams. Xione is usually not in the business of granting wishes but he could not resist helping the small boy who had lost so much. Before leaving earth forever, he gave young Wes a man's body and a blaster that disintegrates metal.
