Real life superhero Arnold Schwarzenegger releases Heroic self help book.
I've read all of Arnolds books but I was really looking forward to this one. Maybe bcause I was already pumped up by reading his daily newsletter but I think it was more because in paticular was always trying to figure out the secrets of Arnolds sucess why was he getting so far and doing so much more than others he was taking control. He was steering the ship. because it was a self help book. This book is a shows a real life hero at a stage in his life feels he can fully give back. Arnold doing what I always thought he did best. he wasn't just giving traing secrets or talking about facts and stories. this was a self help book. Exploring several tips that helped him in all he achieved. Before I turned 17 I had read Arnold's The Education of a Bodybuilder 14 times. At 56 my strategy reading this book was to read it slow, absorb it slowly and red the good stuff repeatedly until I got it. I read all of Arnold's books but this one I was really looking forward to. This one Arnold will be doing what I always thought was Arnold's greatest ability. To unite people in a positive way of thinking and leaving them feeling better about themselves and their perspective. The book really delivered for me. It is an honest aproach to success not in money but in life. Arnold shares the secrets that help him. He makes it easy to get into his mindset and focuses on important things like purpose, responsibility. the importance of evaluated yourself in an honest way.
The book is very inspiring and is written in a way that whoever you are, if your a consrtuction worker or cook, it doesn't matter as long

Heroic World's Scott Cranford talks about his real life hero Arnold Schwarzenegger's Heroic self help book.
I moved from CT to CA when I was 17. My 1st day in CA my Dad took me to World Gym. I knew my hero Arnold Schwarzenneger worked out there. Everybody knew he was my guy when it came to non-fiction heroes.
My Dad pulled the car up in front as Arnold was walking out of World's Gym in Santa Monica. My dad exclaimed, it's Arnold, It's Arnold! I jumped out of the car and watched him walk across the street and jump into the backseat of a light blue convertible with a bunch of muscle guys in it. Joe Gold let my dad and I work out for free. I saw Franco Columbu inside and gave a spot to Sylvester Stallone who was training there too. But What I remember most about that day was seeing my hero Arnold.
I loved Superheroes but after seeing Conan the Barbarian, I knew I wanted to play superheroes and inspire others. I had read The Education of a bodybuilder 14 times.
I went into Gold's
I have run Heroic World for 23 years and people have always asked me who was my hero in real life.
