Sebastian Drill is Rich Buckroll's mentor. He helped Rich come up with the initial money to star Heatco and that is something he will never let Rich forget. You can bet he has his greedy little fingers in every crooked deal Rich has ever made. 

Rich Buckroll is the founder of Heatco, the only heating company in Neutral City. He was an orphan who started from the bottom selling heaters door to door. Now he is the richest man in Neutral City. Rich also has a fascination for buffalo hunting and duck cuisine.

Brash and busy Teresa Totoro used to be science partners with Cole Burns until things heated up between them. She suspects that Cole has turned into the Human Furnace and is determined to track him down, for scientific reasons of course.
