Facts: The Wave is made up of 100 percent water. After Rowdy Highwater became the Wave he never pocketed a dime from his surf contests winnings, it all goes to charity. One of the reasons the wave likes to ride the high wave, he likes the way the sun feels on his back. The substance from which the wave is made of, he could actually surf without a board. But that would be cheating.
