Austin Storms

Gambling, smoking, drinking, Austin did it all. The poor soul had no direction in his life and no discipline. If there was trouble, Austin could always be found in the mist of it. Poor Austin had a good heart but it was too late when he realized the error of his ways. After passing on, Austin would go on to take the shape of a cloud in order to make up for the life he wasted. The Cloud has already done more good for the world than Austin had done his entire life.

Misty Davis

Misty Davis used to date Austin Storms until the day she found out he was being unfaithful. Although Austin apologized profusely she still gave him the cold front. Misty may be the youngest on the scene weather girl channel 10 has ever had but that doesn't mean she doesn't know her stuff. Austin regrets that he blew it with Misty and likes keeping a close eye on her as the Cloud.

Percy P. Tation

Percy P. Tation was the hardest working and most respected Meteorologist in the weather biz, that was until the day he saw The Cloud in action . Now he spends all his time trying to discover what makes up the mysterious mist that is the Cloud. His peers, because of his new devotion, now consider Percy a crackpot but he could care less. He believes that once he discovers the secret of the Cloud he will be able to control the weather and win the sought after Nobel Peace prize.

The Cloud Catcher

When Stan Ferguson was canned from his postal worker position he was so bitter he tried to burn the place down. Luckily the Cloud happened to be passing over and extinguished his plan. Since then Stan's obsession shifted from postal destruction to capturing the Cloud. He has created an array of vacuum devises and is now determined to make the Cloud vanish as the Cloud Catcher.
