Ruby Rose hangs up the cape after one season of Batwoman . 

​Ruby Rose was ecstatic when given the role of Kathy Kane AKA Batwoman only last year. How quickly things can turn. Fans were less receptive to her and some were downright mean. 
Warner Bros. CW came out this week and announced the actress and the show were parting ways and that a new actress would be stepping in. 
It seems likely a serious accident on the set could have inspired the move. It has also been reported the actress did not fit with the hours and location. 
Batwoman was picked up despite poor ratings and negative word of mouth. Perhaps the executives feel a new actress might breath new life into the shows less than heroic first outing.
